Keep this tool handy
Save ses_synoptics.html somewhere stable (your Desktop is fine). Right-click the file on the Desktop and pick Pin to Start if you want a Start-menu tile, or drag it onto Edge's tab bar to keep it open between sessions.
Patient details
Fill in Patient Name, MRN, Accession and Notes at the top. They appear live on the diagram header and travel with the exported files.
Draw a lesion
- Pick a Lesion colour (1–4) in the left toolbox.
- Pick Circle, Oval or Star.
- Click-and-drag on the diagram. An arrow with a label box appears automatically — type the description, press Enter.
- Switch to ↖ Select/Move to drag, resize or delete shapes.
Text and arrows
- + Add Text drops a draggable text label on the diagram.
- Quick Arrow / Place Arrow / Auto Numbered Arrow add labels pointing to the selected shape.
- Delete or Backspace removes the selected shape, text, or arrow.
Save vs Send
- 💾 Save Draft keeps the case locally on this PC (up to 5, 7 days). No upload.
- 📤 Send uploads DICOM + JPEG + PDF to the OneDrive synoptics folder and emails Denny.
Recent & Drafts panel
The right column shows the last 5 drafts (kept 7 days) and 5 recent sends (kept 24 h). Click any thumbnail to restore that case — you can then edit and send again.
Privacy
All data stays on this PC except for what you choose to send. Form fields auto-clear after 30 minutes of inactivity (anything unsaved is auto-snapshotted to Recent so you can recover).
